Pilau Masala
2 Tbsp Sunflower oil 1 Onion 1
Garlic ½ tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Pilau Masala powder Vegetables (Your choice)
We use any combination of peas, green beans, onion,
carrot.
Water Rice
for Two
Heat Sunflower oil. Add Onion & Garlic. When lightly
browned, add ¼ cup water, salt, and Pilau Masala powder. Stir. Add enough water
for rice. Bring to a boil, add rice, cover and cook according to rice
directions. Add vegetables during last 10 minutes of cooking. Use Coffee cup to
scoop and plop on plate. Makes 2 servings. Serve with Chili Pepper Sauce or hot
sauce of your choice.
